Connor Webster '22 Recruiting Profile

My family have instilled in me and my siblings a "blue collar" mentality of hard work and never being afraid to get dirty. I have always prided myself on my effort level, hard work and desire to get better each day. While there are plenty of people with skill in sports, I believe effort makes the difference along with one's desire to succeed.

I have been training at the academy level since I was 7 and club since I was age 12. I have always sought coaches that would push me and not let me slide on my skill and less than full effort. I have been a team captain on club teams (and recently on my HS team as a Junior) starting at age 12 and consider myself a leader by example not just saying something but leading by example.

I also apply this to school where I am ranked in the top 10% and a member of National Honor Society. I take Dual Credit and AP courses and currently in my 4th year of Spanish AP. I try not to take anything for granted and look forward to hopefully continuing my soccer career at the college level.
