Emiliano Irazoqui '27 Recruiting Profile

My name is Emiliano Irazoqui. I come from a family that is very passionate about soccer. I started playing when I was very young, and over the years it became a passion. I don't just like playing, I really enjoy going to the field to watch the games or watching it on TV with my father. I think it's a way to learn more from the professionals.

I was starting center back for my high school on varsity as a freshman. I was recognized as new comber of the year. I've been playing for Albion Hurricanes FC ECNL these past eight years. I've trained and worked hard to also become a starter for the USL Academy at Albion. I was on the track team in the middle school, which helped me have more power and speed for my matches. We were district champions in seventh and eighth grade.

Academics are also important to me. I have a 6.5 GPA on a scale of 6. I am taking four K Level classes. I am planning for my Junior year to take dual credit and AP classes.
