Alfredo Martinez '20 Recruiting Profile

Ever since I can remember I grew up in a family that loved soccer. Once I stepped on the field I knew that it was home. I've always wanted to play on the high school level and I achieved that. My next goal is to play on the college level and I'm willing to put in the time,effort, and discipline to make it all happen.

I'm a goalkeeper and have good control with both my hands and feet. I'm very talkative to my teammates since I'm a goalkeeper and I can see the whole field while they can't. I like to command my whole defense to make sure that they are in the correct position and that they are marking their man. I can also be very inspirational and encouraging to make sure they keep fighting for the whole 90 minutes and to never give up!

Meanwhile in the classroom I do my best to focus and maintain my grades to a passing. I'm respectful to both my teacher and my peers and follow every rule in the classroom.

I am very open to all options as long as it'll be a challenge for me both in the classroom and on the field. I'm hoping to soon make my whole entire family proud of me and what I achieve because I'm willing to put in effort to strive for success!
