My name is Gerardo, I am currently playing at the MLS Next program with IDEA Toros U-19´s and my goal is to play at a collegiate level while being able to study criminology.

Since I was 8 years old when I decided to play soccer for the first time, I have always had something that makes me stand out, which is my strong character, my leadership, my communication on and off the field with my teammates, the way I prepare mentally my teammates and I when we have a game, my mental games with the opposing team, my passion for always giving my best in everything, my discipline of always having to do something and being the first in whatever I do and last but not least my wonderful saves. Since I can remember I have always had a routine of getting up at 4:30 to go to school, because I live in Mexico but I study and train soccer in Texas, which means that I have always had to sacrifice any other activity to fulfill my goals. sports and academic goals.

I would continue playing soccer at the highest level I could be playing at and I am willing to learn and giving the best out of myself to accomplish my goals.
