Noah Huckaby '18 Recruiting Profile

Hello my name is Noah Huckaby, I am originally from Houston, Texas but have gone to school at the American School of Dubai in Dubai, UAE since 8th grade. I am a naturally Left-footed winger.  Speed and agility is a big part of my game,  I am a successful track runner which incorporates greatly into my soccer agility and quickness as well as endurance. I am also highly regarded by all of my coaches for very high work rates and my passion for the game. This plays a large role in my game because I serve as a very effective box to box winger, my vision and crossing ability is what makes me a strong contender as a winger.  I grew up watching the Houston Dynamo, USMNT, and Arsenal, but tend to base my playing style around the likes of Alexis Sanchez and Stuart Holden. I train 3-4 hours by myself everyday,  even sometimes on the days that I have team training. I started my high school soccer career in 8th grade when I started on our JV team in 8th grade and the following year in 9th grade as well. In my sophomore year I became a strong key player for my varsity team as the left winger with the third top scorer and having 4 assists. I do something everyday to try to further my soccer, whether its by studying game play or going to the gym when I do not have a field. A sense of community and passion for the team and sport is what I love in teams, and hope to continue to be apart of teams that have all of those characteristics, because I value strong friendships off the field with my team mates as well.
