I was born in Louisiana, but moved to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil when I was just two years old. I received all my training from a club called Flamengo. Flamengo hosts the largest most organized league in all of Rio. Over 90 schools participate in their tournament that lasts a whole season. With the training I received my team and I were always in the play offs, and never achieving less than 4th place every year since I was 7 (which was the youngest division they had). During this period we were champions once and vice-champions twice, out of 90+ teams. I came to the U.S. to complete my High School Education.
As for Academics, I scored a 4.10 GPA in the first semester of my senior year. That includes AP courses such as Calculus. I am a hard worker and can do anything I set my mind to.
My game: I am an attacking player with expert positioning. I use quick dribbles and quick give and give back touches with my teammates to get behind the defenders and have a clear shot on goal. If the defenders keep a deep line, I also have to ability to be patient with the ball while keeping possession to try to find a flaw in the defense’s positioning to send a through ball to one of my team mates. Out side the box kicks are also an ability I use.
Overall, I am a great player and a friendly guy. Living in different culture gives me the ability to be mentally open. I am a great student when I have my mind set. And I hope to attend YOUR COLLEGE!
