I will be attending college using my Father's Post 911 GI bill benefits. I understand that I am eligible to attend many out of state schools at in-state tuition as long as that school allows Veteran's choice, otherwise I might need some minimal aid. My collegiate goal is to play on a team that values it's players both on the field and off. I want to help a team reach the highest championship level while establishing myself at a professional or national level.
I am beginning my Senior year at Claudia T Johnson high school and I just completed my third varsity season. I have averaged over 70/80 mins per match and am proud to have completed three all District seasons, with regional honors my Jr year. Over my three varsity seasons I have played 50% of my time at defender and the other 50% at outside and attacking mid. Which side I play on is determined by our competition and my coach trust me to defend against our opponents best players. I will then be moved forward when the game is in hand or the coach feels we need a spark and moves me to a mid position to either score or at least put balls into scoring position.
I also play club soccer in ECNL at the forward, wing and defender positions. I have been described as a hard nosed, tough, physical player. I also played for the South Texas ODP team and was selected to attend the US South Region ID camp in 2022.
I dribble well in space, and I am not afraid to dribble in crowds and use my strength and physicality to protect and maintain possession. I am fast with quick change of pace movement both right and left. I score a lot of headers. I dribble, pass and shoot off both feet equally well. I am a multi-role player and coaches in both High school and club have used me in every position from backline defender to forward.
My latest videos are from my recently completed 2023 High School season, ECNL season. I tried to be selective in showing skills. I can play at any level and make an impact to any program at the collegiate level. I understand that my academic growth is extremely critical to success in any chosen profession including soccer. My interests are aeronautical engineering, Marine biology and oceanography and business/finance and my specific choice will be based on the school I attend. I am a good student especially across math and science.
