Soccer has been my life blood since birth. I started playing recreational soccer at 4 years of age. I then moved to competitive club at 8 years and haven’t stopped since. It is my passion and my joy. I look forward with great anticipation to soccer games every week and mourn the weeks without. I like being a member of a team and as Captain of my team I have learned communication and leadership skills. These talents will assist me in all future endeavors in my life. My motivation to become the best I can be and guide my team in our wins and losses, has guided my path and made me the soccer player and person I am today.
I am currently attending Southwestern Oregon Community College and love the opportunity to play soccer at a higher level. I look forward to moving on to a four year college and the opportunity there for personal growth, gained knowledge and hopefully the opportunity to play soccer. My plan is to study history, business and possibly Middle Eastern studies. I love history and am always reading a historical biography. My perfect world would be to continue playing soccer in college and graduating with a degree in a field I will be successful in and enjoy my entire life. I also hope to coach soccer some day and help other young soccer players learn, grow and love the sport as I do.
I was selected by Generation Adidas International to go to Madrid, Spain, and train with another 31 athletes from the United States. We trained at Real Madrid soccer complex and played against Real Madrid and Rayo Vallecano Academy teams. It was a fantastic experience and motivated me even more to up my soccer game and skill set.
