Jon Probst '22 Recruiting Profile

Hello Coach,

My name is Jon Probst and I am a left-foot 2022 midfielder/outside back.   My collegiate goals and aspirations are to play for a DI/DII college program.   I realize many talented players are chasing a similar goal with the understanding of limited opportunities.  Simply, I will NOT be out-worked on the field, in the film room, weight room or classroom.  I bring a 100% commitment to improving skills and leadership.  I have been living that commitment for the past 2 years (2019 - 2021) at the Real Salt Lake Academy.  I attend the Real Salt Lake Academy High School, maintain a 3.65 overall GPA and recently scored 24 on the ACT test.  The academy elevated my level of training, combined with the daily competition, improved my knowledge of the game which has translated onto the field with teammates and communication.   Exposure to various coaches has also allowed my game to grow and become adaptable to different personalities and teaching styles. 

I played midfield (6/8) during most of my youth thru club, but have had the opportunity to learn multiple positions while at the academy and demonstrate skills at the OB position.
