Jase Pingree '27 Recruiting Profile

I am very passionate about the beautiful game of soccer. I think about this game all the time. I enjoy playing, watching, and living this game. I play as a forward and attacking midfielder. I feel that I have a good sense of the game. I believe I am a good player to play through in order to control the attack, as well as control the game in general.

I have been playing soccer since I could walk. I have been playing with my current club team, Northern Utah United, for the past 5 years. Our club team competes in the USYS Desert Conference (NPL), UYSA Premier 1, and the UPSL Academy League. 

In 2024, my club team took 1st place in our State League. During the UPSL A season, I got the golden boot: scoring 10 goals and assisting 3 times in 6 games. We fell just short in the playoff championship.

During my freshman high school season, I scored 6 times and assisted 3. I was recognized on the All-Valley(region) first team as a forward. Our high school team placed second in region with an overall 10-5 record. 

My goal with college soccer is to continue competing and revolving my life around this beautiful game, all while receiving an education (preferably in accounting or finance) that will set me up for the future.

I truly love this game in all aspects. Soccer is genuinely a way of life for me. It is a place that I can turn to no matter how I am feeling. I believe the standards that soccer has taught me have helped me in serving others, being an excellent friend, and performing well in academics.
