Marcos Cuevas-Flores '19 Recruiting Profile

I have always loved the game of soccer. Ever since I was 3 I have had a ball at my feet, and just messing around. I stayed at the same level of competition for about 5 years until 2017 where I joined my first premier team.  I'm not a cocky player but my positive attitude on the pitch gives me a mindset like no other. 

I have excellent vision, passing, and a impressive first touch. I have captained my high school J.V team my freshmen and sophomore year. With my leadership experience at club level and high school level, the coach's have gave me a starting spot in the middle field as well as the captain armband for varsity as a junior.

Junior year has definitely been a learning curve for me, starting to work while dealing with club soccer and of course school has been tricky but I have improved with my time-planning skills.

I have a open mind for all colleges but I want to push myself to play on the highest level of soccer possible for me. I wouldn't mind playing in state or out of state, as long as I'm playing soccer I will be happy. I want to make a impression on my whole family that anything is possible if you put your mind to it and if you really want something, you must work towards it.
