Liam Kalhagen '19 Recruiting Profile

I have played soccer since I was 4 and have privately trained for the past 7 years while playing for great clubs in the region. I have always worked hard and given 100% on and off the pitch. I have been a good leader, I do well taking criticism and welcome it, I love "talking shop".  I am a great presence in the back of the net, I bring a sweeper keeper style with many touches on the ball. I am very verbal helping the team keep its shape and communicating with defenders to establish lines of responsibility. I have fallen many times and persevered,  I have always been able to get back up, stay focused and move on to what is most important, the game, my teammates and training-getting better at what I do.  All these things combined are why I believe I am a good candidate for a college program, and after all, I have dreamt of this since I first walked out on the pitch.
