Dear coaches,
My name is Marcus Anderson. Thank you for opening my profile. I am a 2005 Goalkeeper. Me as a player am always striving to become a better player for my team as well as help the rest of my team become better players. To improve myself I go to every training as well as train on my own but I also take recovery very seriously and do whatever necessary to become the best player that I can be. I also focus on the way I interact with other people as well as teammates because I want to fuel their fire and help them strive to become the best version of themselves as well. My goal with all of my teammates is to have a personal bond on and off the pitch with them so that when it comes time to be on the pitch we can all be as connected as possible. Once I achieve all these goals I set new goals to improve myself more and my teammates more. I also keep good relationships with my coaches because they are my main learning source. I listen to their instruction very well and put their instruction into my game play so that I can help my team succeed. I am very passionate towards this beautiful game and in a tight match or a match that we are losing in it can get tense between all the players. In those moments it is my goal to keep my team out of any conflicts with other players and to keep cool heads so we can do our best to outperform the opposing team. If I see any of my teammates hanging their heads after a frustrating loss then I will go over to them after the game and assure them that they played well and that there will be more games in the future to be played and that we can't hang our heads because we lost to one team. While on the field I primarily communicate with my back line to keep them in a good defensive shape which is a big communication part for a keeper. But at some points in the game I will communicate all the way up to my strikers just to make sure they are aware of everything that is happening and so that we can be as organized as possible in a defensive shape.
Thank you
