Personal Statement

I grew up in Santa Barbara, California where I played since I was around 5. I played for Santa Barbara Soccer Club since I was 9 and played all up until about 13 and stopped when I moved to Wisconsin my freshman year. After a couple years of playing football, I decided to switch back to my roots of soccer and play for my highschool soccer team. It’s been going well and found my love for soccer again, as I hope to further my development and play at the next level competitively. I love goalkeeping with a passion, I’m very motivated and always give 100%(which you can probably tell with my video) I love learning the technical aspects of keeping, and I am strong and courageous in the box as well as quick, I am good with my feet and understand the game. I lead, and I vocalize and communicate with my teammates loudly.

I take part in many other extra curricular activities as well as i’m in my schools student council, and play for the varsity baseball team. I take my grades very seriously and am always striving to get A’s. I am looking for a somewhat academically selective school.

I have always been active and playing sports growing up, and have always wanted to play a sport at the next level whether that’s soccer or baseball, my love for sports is undeniable and being a pitcher and goalie growing up has taught me to learn to love to lead in my sports, I know I can be a good fit for your team!

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
