Soccer has always been a part of my life. It’s a way for me to take a break from the chaos of life and do something I truly love. Soccer also gives me a laid-out schedule that helps me keep an organized life. I thrive when there is a designated schedule and playing soccer in college would give me that opportunity. If I have to brag about something on here I would like to talk about my work ethic. Once given a challenge or task I won’t be satisfied until it’s complete. This helps so much in soccer with perfecting all the little detail in drills to make sure myself and the team surrounding me can thrive when the time comes. Speaking of team, soccer has handed me some of the best friends and people in general that have made huge impacts on my life. These friends I’ve made through the game will never leave my mind and when given the opportunity to make a whole new set of friends through collegiate level soccer, my mind lights up with all the new possibilities. Personally though, I want to play soccer to show myself that I can do what I set my mind to through determination, work, and persistence.
