Ben Zeigler '18 Recruiting Profile

Being form a large family, teamwork is something that was always kept in mind. From the baseline of teamwork sprouts many other opportunities and challenges that are all designed to be overcome.  I've only been swimming since my freshman year of high school. But from the point of my first practice I knew that through teamwork and hard work, anything is achievable.  From then on I have competed in many meets all over the country and racked on some pretty serious time drops.  A main key in achieving goals is to first visualize them, and thus far each goal I have visualized for myself has been achieved. Whether that has been first breaking a 1:10 in the 100 back, to breaking a 56 in the same event, or becoming the two time (soon to be three time) Sonoma County League Champion, and the first swimmer in nearly a decade at El Molino High to go to North Coast Sectional. All these visualized goals have been achievements that will soon become simple stepping stones for the next visualization to become my reality.
