Adejia Boutte', Jr '12 Recruiting Profile

I am six-foot one, one hundred and forty five pounds. I am usually catorgorized as a sprint swimmer. I excel in the fifty, hundred, and two hundred free styles, and also the hundred butterfly and backstroke. Through my swimming tender, my most important accomplishments include; placing second in the fifty freestyle at age group state, qualifying for both short course and long course sectional meets and being ranked number thirty in the country in the fifty free style for my age. This all was accoplished after a four year lay-off from the sport of swimming. I believe that I have much to offer any team accross the country. I have an incredible work ethic and a drive to succeed and win at everything that I partake in. In any athletic field that I have ever been a part of, there has always been a substantial goal that I strive to attain. In Swimming, work sixteen or more hours a week, while maintaining an excellent level of academic achievment. My curriculum includes both honors and AP level courses. I have not excluded any particular region of the US to attend college. However, schools on the west coast have peaked my interest. I enjoy the warm weather and relaxed atmosphere of this region. Although Im very open to most school types, I would prefer a larger school, generally non specific to any distinction. My desired major is pre medicine. My athletic goals include swimming on a D1 level in college on some sort of academic/ athletic scholarship. I would like to attend a college that is very competive with other top ranked schools accross the country.
