Personal Statement

I plan on studying Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering or Aviation in college.
I plan on swimming in college
I have been swimming since age 8 with the Joliet Jets
I was selected for the Varsity Swim Team as a Freshman
I qualified to swim on the Sectionals team as a Freshman
At Sectionals I placed 11th overall in the 100 Butterfly with a time of 1:00.22
I started my Freshman season in the 100 Butterfly with a time of 1:33.89 and ended with a time of 1:00
I started my Freshman season in the 100 Freestlye with at time of 1:10.56 and ended with a time of 59.4
I am on the honor roll
I am in ROTC and on the Color Guard team. I hold the National Flag for Color Guard events and competition
I am working in the off season by weight training and strength training
I will also swim with my coach in the off season to strengthen my swim strokes and times
I am responsible, dedicated and determined to meet my goals I set for myself
