John DiFoggio '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is John DiFoggio, I am a 2023 graduate from Alan B. Shepard High School. I am a 3 sport athlete at Shepard, I do cross country, varsity swim, and varsity baseball.  I have been swimming since I was 10 years old, I’ve been part of a swim club on and off for 6 to 7 years.

 I believe my best event is the 500, however I also swim the 100 back, free, the 200 free, and most relays.

I always push myself to get better times and I am working out to build up my strength to better perform in the pool. I am one of the captain’s for this year. I  constantly support and encourage my teammates to do their very best in and out of the pool.
