2021 HighlightsPersonal Statement
I love swimming and enjoy being around people who push me to be better in the pool. I began swimming when I was seven, but I didn’t get into competitive racing until 2021.
My turning point in competing was March of 2022. It was at PVS Senior Championships. Every time I finished my race, I looked up at the scoreboard and saw a time I didn’t think I was capable of going. It wasn't a big meet, but it secured my love for swimming and brought me to a level that I didn’t think was even possible.
I am looking forward to swimming in college and hope to find the right place for me. I want to go to a school with strong academics as well as a strong swim team with an encouraging community. I am looking forward to my upcoming years in the sport.
