Hunter Gangell '26 Recruiting Profile

Hello my name is Hunter Gangell I am a Junior at Taconic High School expected to graduate in june of 2026. I join the Taconic swim team during my sophmore year of Highschool after doing a youth swim club for a prior 7 years before that. Swimming has been great sport and I generally enjoy it. I also do Track and Cross Country during the off seasons to keep my endurance up. My times may not be the best but with the proper coaching I know my times can drop down dramatically. i am a strong leadership student who suceeds in all enviroments. Im focused not only on my sports but on my academics. I Inspire to be an engineer and hope to do swimming at the same time.
