Christian Von Wald '15 Recruiting Profile

I am a 5’11” flyer from Rochester, Minnesota. This is my first year as a high school swimmer at John Marshall High; due to school transfer I am swimming junior varsity this year.

I am looking for a college where I can find a balance between the classroom and the pool. I would like to pursue a university with an outstanding academic reputation in pre-med. Ideally, my athletic environment would be one where I could contribute at a high level to the team, yet be pushed to my full potential.  For that reason I believe that DII and lower would be best for me, although I will definitely consider all of my training options including the ones from DI.
