Josiah Beasley '20 Recruiting Profile

I know I'm very late to join into the sport of swimming. But I was always told I was good and so I should try it. So I immediately joined the high school team, I fell in love with the sport. I was of course putting slow times down like 32 seconds for a 50 free and a 1:13 for a 100 free, but with the help of my coaches I continued to work and have brought my 50 free down to 22.28 and my 100 free to 48.06. My ultimate goal is to swim for a college team and make it to the elite level by the end of my college career.  

Academically, I have always been focused on my grades and have continued to improve and stabilize my grades over the last year. Besides my love of swimming, I have always loved business, getting my MBA is very important to me and being able to swim while doing that is a dream of mine, a dream that hopefully I will one day be living.
