My Name is Michael Caram
I currently swim for Team Charlotte and Butler High School team. In practice, I'm always excited to focused and to be challenged I like to push myself to set my goals and see the results. I'm willing to make personal sacrifices in order to achieve my goals. Academics, of course, are my top priority when searching for a college, but as an aspiring NCAA champion, I spend all of my free time in the pool.
My outlook on life includes that my family are from Brazil with that I know that colleges love people that can speak different languages like me. From that I am an amazing person, scholar, and athlete I can be. I am Catholic and speak three languages Spanish, Portuguese and Greek. I'm proud to have a 3.7/3.8 GPA I take my studies very seriously. I also take my training seriously, and even in the pandemic, I try to swim 4 to 5 days per week and working on my condition and my technique in the water and outside the water.
What's unique about me is that I discovered my passion for competitive swimming from my mom who pushed me to become a better swimmer. Cause of this I had to work more than twice as hard to compete with those peers. In regular talks with my coach, he recognizes that I put in extra work and time and great communication with them. For the past three years of my high school swimming, I have qualified for regionals in freshman year This year, I mostly completed my goals I hope to I get states in my senior year of high school which is next year and show my family legacy to the world to show who I am. I'm exceptionally proud that in each and every meet, I am able to achieve personal best times. This year, I hope to qualify for Sunkissed, and NC champs and I am almost close to qualify for 50 free time to make to Sunkissed.
By reading this I hope that you make my dream come true and let me swim for your university and show the world who I am and I willing be putting in the work and hours to show who I am
