Owen Kunstmann '24 Recruiting Profile

Growing up, I enjoyed playing multiple sports:  baseball, basketball, soccer, and swimming.  The combination of individual racing and team competition drew me to swimming.  When I was offered an opportunity to play on an Academy soccer team, I realized that I could not be fulfilled without swimming.  It is my passion.

Academically and athletically, I know I can offer any collegiate program a goal-driven, team player.  My academic success speaks for itself.  Winning the most improved award for my swim club shows I am willing to do what it takes to succeed.  Leading by example and learning from criticism led me to winning the Coach's award.  I am motivated to continue learning and growing through high school, and I look forward to future academic and athletic success at the collegiate level.
