For over a decade, swimming has been more than just a sport to me—it's been a part of my identity. I’ve spent countless early mornings and evenings at the pool, pushing myself through laps, chasing personal records, and learning the value of discipline and consistency. Swimming has taught me how to keep going even when it’s hard, how to show up for my team, and how to celebrate small victories as part of a bigger journey. That’s why I’m excited to continue swimming in college—not just to compete, but to keep growing as an athlete and person.
Balancing academics and athletics hasn’t always been easy, but I’ve maintained a 3.4 GPA while training year-round. That number represents more than just grades—it reflects my ability to manage time, stay committed, and always push to improve. I know those skills will help me thrive both in the classroom and on the team.
Outside of school and the pool, my biggest source of strength is my family. They've been at every meet, cheered me on through every season, and supported me through every challenge. Their belief in me keeps me grounded and motivates me to reach higher. I want to make them proud by continuing to work hard, pursue my goals, and stay true to who I am.
Swimming has shaped my life in so many ways, and I’m ready to take that passion to the next level in college—both as a student and an athlete.
