Austin Stone '24 Recruiting Profile

Although I grew up playing almost every team sport, once in middle school I found and fell in love with being a swimmer because of the coaches and people. My club and school swim team have become a second family to me, which is why I want to swim at the collegiate level. I am motivated by competition and improving my times, strength, and abilities as a swimmer. I have a tremendous work ethic and drive, which has helped me accomplish winning gold, silver, and bronze in all 4 events at Districts,  placing 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 6th places at Regionals, and qualified to swim 2 events at the 5A State Championship this spring. My leadership skills and care of teammates has allowed me to be named Boys' Senior Captain of my swim team for the 23-24 school year. My work ethic, strong character, and leadership set me apart from other swimmers and help me reach my personal and team goals!
