My goals ever since I started at 7 was make it to the Olympics. I have wanted to do great things since I was a kid and was told I could do them. I am an encouraging person in the water. Even though I like to be pushed, I also like to work with teamates to help them reach their goals. I have gotten the "most improved" award from my team for 3 years in a row, even after a shoulder injury prevented me from swimming for three months. I want to swim in college and break records and continue that into my Olympic career.

- Joined FAST in 2018. His first meet was 10/2018 and has been swimming with them until 8/22. The team was dissolved on that day. He is now a team member of University Place Aquatics Club (UPAC). Of note, Marshall earned the "most improved" award with FAST three years in a row (2019-2022).

- Marshall joined 8/22 because original team FAST was dissolved on that day. One of the coaches there recommended Marshall to the team manager. This is his current team.

- Divided into two groups. In the morning we worked on underwaters and turns. In the afternoon we worked on starts.

- 8/14/21 to 8/15/21
- Worked on starts and turns on Saturday. Worked on Butterfly and Breastroke technique on Sunday.
Training
- Swimlabs Utah Summer Swim Camp with Kyle Lambson
- 1 year
- Week long camp under the direction of Kyle Lambson, from August 7th to August 10th. Daily schedule (from the advertising form):9:00 AM - 10:00 AM will be dry land training; 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM will be in the water. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday focusing specifically on technique and Thursday will be spent working on speed, strength and quality in a swim practice format.

- ActivitiesI play oboe in the advanced school band. Also played oboe in jazz band for first semester of Sophomore year. I consistently rank high in solo/ensemble music contest. I like fishing, hiking in the mountains, boating, and riding my fat bike.
