John Teliha '26 Recruiting Profile

My name is John Albert Teliha, I'm a Senior at Hollister High School located in Hollister California. I've been playing tennis for almost 4 years and I absolutely love this sport. Ever since I picked up a racket as a freshman, I instantly fell in love with the game. I train almost everyday pushing myself pass my limits to improve my skills. I spend my summer waking up at 5 a.m. to play tennis and to train until 4 p.m. I'm a team player who believes in teamwork and pushing my teammates to be the best version of themselves on and off the court. Last year I was honored to receive team captain of my team which I made sure everyone was training hard. I played doubles 1 as well which I ended my season record undefeated at 10-0. I have love and dedication to the game which helps me strive to become better.
