Marc Goedemans '21 Recruiting Profile

I would like to play D3 college tennis. I am looking for a school with a diverse set of course opportunities that allow for interdisciplinary education, as well as a committed athletic department and coach supporting student-athletes. I am a Dutch citizen and speak the language fluently, so I would love to attend a college with a high international student population and strong International Relations program, but that also allows flexibility to engage in other areas of study such as law. I work well collaboratively in both academic and athletic situations, as I have been a member of both my school newspaper and tennis team all throughout high school, and have taken on leadership positions in both. I am very goal-oriented and have thus been able to balance a rigorous college preparatory education and heavy course load with competitive tennis for the past four years, and I am excited to bring this experience to college tennis!
