Maxim Michaels '23 Recruiting Profile

I am Maxim Michaels and I am 17 years old  and in the class of 2023. I have been playing tennis from a young age and have always wanted to go to college and some day go pro in tennis. As a junior National and ITF player I loved learning more about the game and I would always try to implement everything I learned to get better. That being said I am a very coachable player and also a great teammate and I love competing in singles and doubles. I was on USTA junior Davis cup team and have reached #17 on USTA both in U12 and U14, and reached final of Easter Bowl Doubles. Currently I play only ITF's. I also show lots of respect to my opponents and coaches and have won many sportsmanship awards from it. Outside of tennis I have a 3.75 GPA and have stayed on top of my grades as best as I can while being a student athlete. My strengths are Math and Physics. In the future I see myself going into the finance field.
