August Harrer '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is August Harrer and I am a rising senior at Milton High School in Milton, GA.  Although I currently play a lot of tennis, I do enjoy playing guitar, and a round of golf with friends.  I have worked hard over the past two years building my tennis game through academy play, private coaching, and tournaments, specifically USTA's (typically level 6- 4 events) and UTRs.   

I have been playing guitar for over 7 years now, playing at various activities at school, and in a band playing rock music. Also, this is my 2nd year giving kids private tennis lessons.  I generally work with kids ages 7-12 years of age.  

While I have a passion for my extra-curricular activities, I enjoy school.  I just finished Honors French (having been working on it since 6th grade), and I perform Percussion in Symphonic Band at school.  

My last year in high school will continue with several AP Government, AP Economics and AP Literature classes, Symphonic Band, and playing Varsity Tennis.  I look forward to college academics, specifically data analytics and playing tennis in college and beyond.
