Kenyon Slade '25 Recruiting Profile

As a player, I focus on improving my game regardless of the results. I would rather learn and improve than take shortcuts, as I know it is important and necessary to take those steps first. I believe this is important both in the classroom and on the court. This has shown throughout the countless tournaments I played and my academic life. Although I have found limited success thus far, I have been practicing day in and day out to perfect my game, so I have those skills when it matters most. In the classroom, I am diligent in my studies, and this shows as I am taking college classes currently and am bolstering a 3.7 GPA while also focusing on my passion, tennis. My goals consist of becoming the best player I can be while also furthering my education. I have won a State Championship in doubles and plan on continuing to follow my passion for tennis to the collegiate level.
