Weston Ellison '23 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Weston Ellison and I attend Hewitt Trussville High School(7a) in Trussville Alabama.  I'm wrapping up my junior year in high school where I competed in the 800m, 1600m and 3200m events.  I am very passionate about competing at my highest level and am very driven to continue pushing myself to the limit every time I spike up.  1600m is my bread and butter and I was able to improve my PR from a 4:53:02 at the beginning of the Outdoor Track season to a 4:29:02.  This season I have PR'd 4 times and shaved 25 seconds off my 1600m time.   

Off the track, I keep myself very busy with my own lawn care business.  I started this business as a young teenager and helped design and build my own equipment trailer to pull behind my dirt bike.  Now at 17 I have a new business partner(one of my team mates) and our business is flourishing.   https://weslawncare.simplybook.me/v2/

We also help run a group called Free Lawn Care that helps the elderly and disabled with their lawn care needs.  Our group won a Gatekeeper Award with the Trussville Chamber of Commerce.
