I would like the opportunity to pursue a college education while contributing to a successful Cross Country and Track program. While competitive and driven toward winning, my definition of success is not limited to the platform position at the end of a race. I am dedicated to success for the good of my family, my community, and myself. That attitude requires humility, discipline, and hard work. I understand commitment to overcoming a challenge toward the pursuit of a goal. I am eager to learn. I am not afraid to challenges and have come to realize there is much for me to learn about the sports of Cross Country and Track. I enjoy pushing myself and my team toward excellence, and growing in all aspects of my life.
