Hello! My name is Erik Ortiz, Im 16-year-old with a burning passion for pole vaulting and aspirations of reaching the Olympics. I've dedicated eight years to track and field, participating in cross country for two years as well. I was a member of my school's marching band for my Freshmen and sophomore year, and competed at the state level, while also being involved in clubs and academics such as Spanish Club and Class of 2025. I thrive on challenges and strive to achieve my dreams with unwavering determination. Something I can feel confident about saying is that I’m very good at managing time and I’ve accomplished every goal I have set for myself so far. Thank you for considering me.
