My training consists of running and weight lifting. Before school starts I go to the gym to work out and after school I go to the track to do a variety of mid distance workouts. Along with these I also work on hurdles to improve my form and speed on 300m hurdles

Junior Varsity Team
I ran cross country to work on stamina for the 400m. Because of this I only ran the 2 mile which is exclusive to JV at my school. I ended up becoming the fastest JV runner on the team and was awarded JV 1st team all league honors.
