Personal Statement

I started running once I started high school and immediately fell in love. Since my freshmen year I have wanted to run at the collegiate level and I know that running in college is a once in a lifetime opportunity that could change my whole life.

I train hard year-round running Cross Country and Track, and playing soccer for club and high school. I am a team leader and try to lead by example. I am very coachable and strive to be one of the hardest working runners and one of the hardest working recruits you’ll find.

In the classroom, I study hard and maintain a high GPA. I also volunteer in a service group in my community, help out at my church and am currently a member of ASB at my school.

I want to attend a college where I can push myself in the classroom and on the track. I am open to all options and want to ultimately find the right college match at the highest level of competition possible. I hope to become a great role model to all my peers and friends.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
