Duncan Bowling '26 Recruiting Profile

I think what sets me apart from other athletes is my determination. Since I was in 3rd grade I've been throwing. I started out with Discus and then got a hold of Javelin and Hammer quickly after that. I was doing other sports on the side as well as Track as my main sport up until 7th grade. After 7th grade, I went all in on track. This was the best discussion that I've ever made. Since then, I've been all over the country competing on a National level. I think what also separates me from other athletes is that I am very coachable. I've been with many different coaches throughout my career and all of them have taught me slightly different things. I think that the ability to be easily coached is crucial to my development as an athlete and also separates me from the other recruits .
