My name is Jayden McPherson, and I am a dedicated sprinter specializing in the 100m and 200m events. Running has been my passion since I first started competing in 7^th grade. Over the years, track and field has taught me the values of hard work, perseverance, and teamwork.

M Training is a daily commitment, and I embrace every challenge, whether it's early morning runs, intense strength training, or perfecting my technique.

Academically, I am committed to excellence and maintain a strong academic record. Balancing athletics and academics has taught me discipline and time management. I aspire to attend a college where I can excel both on the track and in the classroom, contributing to the track team’s success while pursuing my academic goals.

Being part of a team has shown me the importance of camaraderie and mutual support. As the team captain my coaches and teammates commend my work ethic, positive attitude, and leadership qualities, which I bring to every practice and competition.

Track and field is more than a sport to me; it is my passion and drive. I am excited about the opportunity to continue my journey at the collegiate level, pushing my limits and contributing to a program that values dedication and excellence.
