Most of my cousins competed at the college level in sports.  As for myself, I'm driven to compete at a university that values both academic excellence and athletic achievement.  As a dedicated student-athlete with a strong work ethic, I consistently push myself on the track as well as in the classroom. I compete in a variety of distances, including the 800m, 4x800m relay, 1600m, and 3200m, along with putting in the extra miles during cross-country season.  This versatility allows me to adapt to different training regimens and contribute to the team in multiple ways.

Beyond my personal performances, I'm a vocal teammate who thrives in a positive and supportive environment. I'm known for my ability to pump up and motivate my fellow runners, fostering a strong team spirit that translates into success. A positive team spirit matters! My commitment extends far beyond the track. I'm aiming to pursue a pre-med track to achieve my lifelong goal of becoming an orthopedic surgeon.
