I am a great candidate for college level track teams because I am hard-working, outgoing, and I really care about progress in both the individual and team aspects. My experience on the York Track Team has shaped me into a well-rounded athlete. I continue to work to decrease my sprint times while also try to better my teammates. I work as a leader to cheer them on to get better as well as showing them techniques that will help them be the best athletes. I recently have worked more with my coaches to learn how to improve my flaws and I am always eager to test my limits and show what I am capable of doing. I wish to continue this kind of hard work and dedication in my college years, and I hope that this will benefit me not only as an athlete but as a human being.
