Hi my name is Kyle Lombardino, I have only been a thrower for 2 years and I have improved in both shot put and discus drastically both years. I hope to make a big improvement this track season so that I can compete as a student athlete at the highest level possible. I am a very fast learner, for example I had no idea how to throw sophmore year but I ended up throwing a 43'10" in shot put and a 129'10" in discus. I am a very easy guy to get along with, and when it comes to track I am very serious and do my best to be the best that I can be. I love to weight lift so I don't have any problem with working hard either. Also, I want a school that offers my major because that is the whole purpose of going to school, to get an education. I am 6'1", 210lbs, and I have a 76" wingspan. I have both the shot put and discus junior records for my High School and I intend to get both school records by the end of the year. I had a very successful year this year and made it to state for discus. I finished 20th in 3A but I feel like I could've done better. I want to be a Physical Education teacher and would like to coach track at the high school or college level. My goal for my freshman year is to compete and make a difference for whatever school I attend. I am a very hard working student athlete and I will live up to any expectations that are given for me, For example, my coach intended for me to have a great year and on my last throw at sectionals I was down by 3 feet and I threw a 149'6 to qualify for state. 172'10 is my best discus throw and 56'1 is my best shot put throw. To all schools out there that need my assistance, I'm waiting for a chance to show my stuff in college. I am also looking for a school that does not require 2 years of foreign language.
