Michael Madiol '19 Recruiting Profile

My name is Michael Madiol, and currently I am a junior at Neuqua Valley High School in Naperville Illinois. Both academically and athletically, my goal is to commit to a college that strives for excellence and will challenge me as a person, student, and athlete. I strongly believe that the exhaustion and sometimes pain that comes with studies and workouts are only temporary and help to perfect the details that can be the difference between defeat, and the feeling of victory.

Both as a student and an athlete, I value the virtues of honesty, integrity, and accountability. These characteristics, along with my passion for running, are what drive my dedication for the sport and allow me to rise to meet not only individual goals, but be an important asset to achieving the team’s goal as well. I enjoy running and the community that is formed around it and within it.
