- Big PR!!! took the race out fast at the gun, coming in at the mile at 4:35. I hung on as long as I could and closed last lap. Overall time of 9:13.63. 12 second PR and breaking the state standard by 3 seconds. 1 second off a more than a 40 year old school record. STATE BOUND!!

- Going into the ran I knew that I needed a big move if I wanted to gap the guy seeded ahead of me and that’s what I did, at the last 250 mark of the 3200 I took off and ended up running a 62 second last lap finishing first at a time of 9:28.74. I am ready to go run from the gun and run sub 9:20

- I went out in a good position and I stayed as long as I could . We came in at the first mile at 4:36-38 and started to kick it in at the last 1000. I placed 4th was seeded to place 7th. 9:33 to 9:25 8 second PR

- Start of the race was very rough i went out in 67 first 400 in second to last but i found my way back up to the middle pack, i closed my last 400 in 64 passing 15 guys to place 9th overall and a full mile time of 4:28.08 which is a 4:26.53 for 1600.

- best race of my life! I ran 9:33.04 placed 6th. I dropped 21 seconds from my last time of 9:54. The race went out perfectly and my goal was to stay on the front pack. I had a amazing kick at the end which was good for 6th scoring for our team.

- Going into the race I knew I was going to be in the top 5. Great group going into the 3rd lap creating a gap between 4th and 5th. Finished the race running 4:33 beating my Pr by 2 seconds. Last year at this race I ran 4:43 which is a huge time gap. 4th place scored for 3rd.
