I am a team player and dedicated in everything that I do. I can apply myself to tasks and make decisions for myself. My goal is to achieve the highest possible education standard and will strive to attain this. I feel that I can meet every challenge head on and do it to the very best of my ability.
As for athletics I have recently started using blocks and was achieving 11.1s without them. I have also had the experience of an advanced sprint coach and had been training with him for about 8 weeks. He has introduced me to the blocks and has been instructing me on better starting practices. We have been just been doing sessions designed for maintaining race fitness. My goal is to improve and get a greater knowledge of the sport. I aim is to represent my country. In 2017 I sustained ligament damage to my right ankle playing college basketball. I'am now back in training and looking forward.to the coming season .
I'am a level 2 basketball coach and a qualified referee and table judge.
I'am still at college taking a personal training qualification and a level 3in sports massage.
