
2021 HighlightsI love to set goals for myself, one of my goals is to get my mile time down to 4:20. I am currently at 4:35 but I know I will be able to get there. I practice 6 days a week and lift twice. The only thing I hate about running track or cross country is the fact that I didn't do it sooner.
