I started running track in 2021 for fun. I started running track full-time at the start of the 2022 school year, switching from being a swimmer for over ten years. I had to make this gamble as I knew I was not going to grow any taller, and scientifically speaking, swimmers must be well, not 5-6/7. In 2023, I started weightlifting in the summer, starting at a 1rm for the squat at 135lbs. As of November 2023, it's now at 225lbs. For deadlift, I started at 135lbs; as of November, it's at 245lbs, January 275lbs. I started power cleaning near the end of October. As of November, it's at 145 lbs, January 155lbs.
My goal is to have the 100m record for Hong Kong.
