Jad Abdallah '25 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jad Abdallah and I am a Class of 2025 student-athlete from Crestwood High School, MI. I am interested in competing in college T&F and I have been   for a while now. I have recently broken the 5 minute mile barrier earlier this fall (4:52), and have done so as a sprinter. But that's not all. I hit a top speed of 23.3mph on the track, and ran a 4.44 40-yard dash during my football season (which I quit because I wanted to focus entirely on track). I am taking several AP classes and still manage to finish all my work, whether that be in the classroom, in the weight room, or on the track.. I am very determined and more than willing to grow as an athlete, spending hours a day studying the professionals. Thank you for your time and consideration.
