I had always played baseball in my high school career and this last spring I was allowed to dual sport. I loved the chance to participate in track and field again. I had planned on pursuing a baseball career but I realized how much I loved long jumping. I was so excited to be a part of a great track and field team. I feel my dedication to both teams prove I am a hard worker and a team player. In my senior year I plan to dual sport (will be my fourth year on varsity baseball) again however naming track my primary and participating in indoor track thru the winter. My high school goal is to break long jump record of 22'8". I am looking forward to a future career on a collegiate level track team and pursuing a degree of chiropractic medicine. I feel I have more to offer with more training and could be an asset to a team.
